PATHWAY

A Ph.D.-level researcher and scholar of Andean, Mexican, and Siberian traditional medicine, as well as phytomedicine, born in Argentina and currently based in Mexico City. Self-taught in comparative religion and perennial philosophy, he later joined study groups and institutions with both spiritual and skeptical orientations.

Academically, he pursued various undergraduate and postgraduate studies in fields related to the humanities and social sciences, eventually reaching doctoral-level studies with a developing thesis on mass psychology.

His path into phytognosis began after more than 12 years of studying consciousness, during which he was welcomed by various teachers and healers from around the world. One of his names in the field of traditional medicine comes from these masters. He is the first American to be initiated as a Darkhan Shaman by the ancient lineage of Buryat shamans in Siberia—the very culture from which the word "shaman" (meaning "man of superior knowledge") originates.

He is a member of the Transcendental Medicine collective, where he contributes to research. Alongside his participation in congresses and conferences on topics related to consciousness, culture, and spirit, he is awaiting the release of his first book, The Entheogenic Tragedy, to be published by the prestigious Inner Traditions publishing house in the United States, in both Spanish and English.
